SOFT SERVE FREEZERS

Coldelite offers several gravity soft serve freezer models from a compact, one flavor model to a large capacity, two flavor machine that can produce approximately 540 (4 oz.) servings an hour based on 40% overrun.

Pressurized models for higher production and higher yield are also available and shown below with a “P” in the model number.

Model UC-711 Soft Serve Ice Cream Freezer

UC-711G - Single flavor counter model. Serving capacity is over 105 (4 oz.) servings per hour.
UC-711P - Serving capacity is over 120 (4 oz.) servings per hour.

Model UC-1131 Soft Serve Ice Cream Freezer

UC-1131G – Two-flavor "TWIST" counter model. Serving capacity is over 230 (4 oz.) servings per hour.
UC-1131P - Serving capacity is over 250 (4 oz.) servings per hour.

SLUSH/GRANITA MACHINES

Small and compact, our countertop slush/granita machines produce a wide range of products, from refreshing slush to the popular frozen cocktails.

The continuous rotating action of the beater creates fine, smooth ice crystals. The visually exciting and colorful hoppers of the granita machines entice customers and encourage sales.

Model UC-151 Slush Machine

UC-151 - Frozen drink machine. Production is 8 gallons per hour.

Model UC-251 Slush Machine

UC-251 - Frozen drink machine. Production is 12 gallons per hour. This is the big brother of the UC151 pictured above including the same features and benefits.

BATCH MACHINES

Coldelite's "LB" model batch freezers are designed and engineered to produce perfect premium style ice cream, gelato and sorbets simply, quickly and automatically... one batch at a time.

The "Hard-O-Tronic" consistency control will maintain the product at the right consistency until you are ready to extract it.

Model LB-100 Batch Ice Cream Freezer

LB-100B - Counter top model. Serving capacity of up to 5 gallons per hour. For purduction of premium hard ice creams, Italian ices and sorbets.  This machine is the “premier entry level batch freezer” on the market

Carpigiani PKT-60 Pasteurizer

PKT60 and PKT120 - The Carpigiani Pasteurizer can prepare, pasteurize, low homogenize, and transfer ice cream mixes.

A built-in electronic microprocessor steadily checks each automatic or semiautomatic working cycle. Two alphanumeric displays show messages which makes the operator's job easier.

Patented heating and dry cooling system ensures perfect pasteurization and guarantees hygienic safety of ice cream mixes.

18, 32, & 55 - The versatile Carpigiani Pastochef is a miracle of modern electronics. Using microprocessor technology and convenient, easy-to-use touch pad controls, the Pastochef can be programmed to automatically perform many different operations.

Carpigiani 60 Agemaster

60, 60+60, 120 - The Agemaster automatically and safely ages ice cream mixes. Built-in electronic microprocessor circuitry automatically and steadily checks the machine's operating parameters to ensure the mix remains uncontaminated by bacteria.

The dry cooling system provides for perfect storage of the already cooled mixes transferred from the pasteurizer. The beating system assists in the aging process in addition to delivering a more creamy, homogeneous, and tastier ice cream in larger quantities.
