SOFT SERVE FREEZERS
Coldelite offers several gravity soft serve freezer models from a
compact, one flavor model to a large capacity, two flavor machine that can
produce approximately 540 (4 oz.) servings an hour based on 40% overrun.
Pressurized models for higher production and higher yield are also
available and shown below with a “P” in the model number.

SLUSH/GRANITA MACHINES
Small and compact, our countertop slush/granita machines produce a wide
range of products, from refreshing slush to the popular frozen cocktails.
The continuous rotating action of the beater creates fine, smooth ice
crystals. The visually exciting and colorful hoppers of the granita
machines entice customers and encourage sales.

ages ice cream mixes. Built-in electronic microprocessor circuitry
automatically and steadily checks the machine's operating parameters to

The dry cooling system provides for perfect storage of the already
cooled mixes transferred from the pasteurizer. The beating system assists
in the aging process in addition to delivering a more creamy, homogeneous,
